The future of the german novel, possibilities and impossibilities of narrative literature, positions on motivations of writing. For the festival of young literature provanova 10 young authors were asked to gather in the mountainous outskirts of Hildesheim, Germany. Isolated in a mansion and with very little interference only by reason of documentation, the authors discussed their work and literature in general. The result was a book containing two parts of each author. One before and one after the Treffen ( german, the gathering )
